Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or limited-run, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or buyer's remorse.
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering to make sure you select the right fit.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll review the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund when applicable.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must not be final sale, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.
Size Exchanges
Because our tees are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Please use the size chart before purchasing. Our tees are designed with an oversized fit, so we recommend comparing the size chart measurements to a tee you already own and like.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we'll offer a replacement or refund if the issue is approved.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, limited drops, and made-to-order products may be considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
Shipping Policy
Each Mythic Undrgrnd piece is made-to-order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, then shipped once production is complete.
Most orders require production time before shipping. After production, shipping time depends on your location, carrier, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery time includes both production time and transit time.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us with your order number.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, production volume, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot cancel or refund an order once it has entered production.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges depending on the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or refusal to pay customs/import fees.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping, handling, or replacement costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived and tracking shows an unusual delay, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
If the shipping address was correct and the delay is due to a logistics issue, we'll review the situation and help determine the next step when applicable.
